SOFTWARE SOLUTION ARCHITECT
Job Duties :
Master Compliance, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking Software Solution Architect(s) to design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns
Job responsibilities and duties include:
- Collaborate with clients and business analysts to understand project requirements and constraints.
- ·Design and document high-level architectural plans that align with project goals, budget, and timeline.
- Develop detailed system and component-level designs, specifying interactions and data flow.
- Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements and industry best practices.
- Define coding standards and best practices for development teams to ensure consistency and maintainability.
- Address security concerns and vulnerabilities in architectural design.
·Implement strategies to optimize system performance, scalability, and responsiveness. - Review code and architectural implementations to ensure compliance with standards and alignment with the architectural plan.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the project and create contingency plans.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure architectural milestones align with project timelines and goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into architectural decisions.
- Interact with clients to present architectural proposals, gather feedback, and address client concerns and requirements.
- Manage budget constraints and optimize resource usage, particularly in cloud-based projects.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the chosen architecture and adjust as needed throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or any related field of study and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
- Architectural design software: Visio or Lucidchart
- Project management platforms: Jira or comparable.
- Documentation tools: Confluence or Google Docs.
- Development environments: IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse,
- Version control systems: Git or SVN
- Security analysis tools: OWASP ZAP or Nessus
- Cloud platforms: AWS or Azure.
- Programming languages/frameworks: Java or Python
- UCaaS, CCaaS (Unified Communications and Contact Center as a Service),
- PaaS (Platform as a Service),
- VoIP technologies: SIP and WebRTC
- Asterisk
- FreeSWITCH
- Kamailio,
- Informatica
- Splunk
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
No Travel. No Telecommuting. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project.
