User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through your m-compliance account are accurate and lawful.
Account Registration and Data Management at m-compliance
Account Creation: To access m-compliance’s comprehensive educational resources, users must register for an account. During registration, users are required to provide accurate and current information, including name, email address, user bio, educational qualifications, professional qualifications, and payment details if applicable. Ownership of Creations: Any prototypes, projects, or final products created by users as part of their coursework at m-compliance, including mini-projects and capstone projects, are the property of m-compliance.
No User Ownership: Users do not retain ownership of any intellectual property or products developed during their courses, including designs, prototypes, software, or any other creative work.
m-compliance’s Rights to Use: m-compliance holds the right to distribute, alter, or resell creations produced during coursework under its various brands, such as m-compliance or m-learn.
User Acknowledgment: By participating in courses at m-compliance, users agree that any creations made during their learning experience are the exclusive property of m-compliance.
Third-Party Interactions at m-compliance
Data Sharing with Third Parties
m-compliance does not sell, rent, or share customer phone numbers or personal data with third parties for marketing or resale purposes.
However, users may opt to share their data or content from m-compliance with third-party services. Such sharing is at the user’s discretion, and m-compliance is not responsible for the data once it is shared externally. If third-party services are involved in SMS message delivery, they are required to comply with relevant industry regulations, including opt-in/opt-out mechanisms under 10DLC.
User Content at m-compliance

Users retain ownership of their content but, by submitting it to m-compliance, they grant m-compliance a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display this content as part of its services.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content is legal and does not infringe on any third-party rights. m-compliance is not liable for user-generated content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
Prohibited Content

Term and Termination at m-compliance

Miscellaneous Provisions at m-compliance
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and m-compliance regarding its subject matter, superseding all prior agreements or communications.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where m-compliance is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
